USA:
- $16.50 (US) – 6-12 Days (Canada Post expedited parcel)
- $25.50 (US) – 2-5 Days (Canada Post xpresspost)
- $45 (US) – Next Day (TNT express)
INTERNATIONAL:
- $55 – Xpress Post (Canada Post)
- $110 – Next Day (TNT express)
